This is a weak point for me, especially my lower inner corner. What are a few of your favorite moves to hit this? I do a lot of heavy dips and floor presses. I'm pretty happy with my development in the rest of my chest, just wanna bring inner and lower up. Thanks guys

I've always heard closer grip floor presses where good for putting mass on inner chest. Anyone agree?

Get different genetics

You cannot "spot build" muscle......change what you can, forget about what you can't.
While this may be true, it's also true that different exercises will use more or less of a muscle or muscle group for different people.

For me, I'm able to stretch and flex my pecs the most in a incline movement. Because of my anatomical shape and structure, I'm able to get way better isolation on my chest if I'm inclined with a wider grip. Flat benching, on the other hand, does absolutely nothing for my chest, and my shoulders end up doing most of the work.

My point is that a different lift or exercise will activate a different percentage of the targeted muscle. If a person can find a movement that better isolates or puts more pressure on the muscle they're trying to build, naturally then, that muscle full shape and form will be easier to achieve.
