Like for instance do 10 8 6 and up the weight on every set or stay with the same weight and do 10 8 6 and do the same reps with the same weight like 80pd dumbells for 8 reps for 3 sets.....that help you any bro?
I had great results when I started pyramiding 12 months ago after not having trained like that in a long while. But you do need to change it up and I'm not training like that at the moment. IronMike
