Just a question about dc training and recovery.

Would it be of any advantage to try to increase GPP and do a shitload of active recovery like wsb lifters when following doggcrapp's training principles?

To me it seems like it would be a excelent addition and cant realy se any negative effects from it, but maby Im wrong.:confused:
 
Yeah Il probably do it, it will also enable me to keep my explositivity intact. Dont want to lose any explosive strenght cause of the slow negatives. But some speed benching once a week and speed squats once a week should keep my explositivity high.
