Just a question about dc training and recovery.
Would it be of any advantage to try to increase GPP and do a shitload of active recovery like wsb lifters when following doggcrapp's training principles?
To me it seems like it would be a excelent addition and cant realy se any negative effects from it, but maby Im wrong.
