I remember a post you had made a while back regarding the upper chest.

You had suggested an exercise where I think your arms are locked out, straight up (at the top of a dipping motion) and you rotate your shoulders in and back out while keeping arms straight, to work the upper chest. Like a horizontal shrug where your shrugging forward, but not up.

I can't seem to find that post now, and I thought I had posted in that thread too.

I'm interested in trying this out, but wasn't sure if I was remembering how to do it properly.

That is called Pec Minor Dips and is for uper chest, you can do it on the parallel dip bars or on a dip machine.

Thank you for the reply, I would have done it different had I not seen the video. I was thinking it was more exaggerated when the shoulders come forward, but I understand now that I can see it.

I cant wait to try this out, thanks once again
