quick anavar question

hey I'm female, just started my first anavar cycle. I am starting with 5 mg/ day and I know the half life for var is only 8 hours. I have 10 mg tabs that I cut in half and while I would like to split my dose into two times a day of 2.5 mg, I cannot get the 10 mg pills into fourths. Is it still effective if I take the 5 mg just once daily instead of splitting it into two doses? I don't really know what else to do!

I'm not up on var, but most of the forums I go to the ladies are splitting it doing it 2x a day.
2.5 mg sounds so tiny, but I hear about them splitting them that low, to get that dose

Hey I have been training for 4 years now.
I'm 25.
5'1" and 100 pounds, bulking now
This is my first cycle.
Diet is about 2100 cals- 220-250 grams protein and carbs and about 40-50 grams fats.
Lifty heavy 5 days a week.

You should get a swiss army knife, very good for splitting where the pill split can't aim in the centre

you will be fine taking them in 5 mg doses, if you do take it an hr or two befor you train...

have you tried using a pill splitter, you can purchase one at the supermarket or health food store for 10 bucks?

thanks guys... I will look into a pill cutter, and if not then just stick with 5 mg/ once a day. Do you think that I could go up to 10 mg/day if I have no sides this first week... or should I just stick with 5 mg/day for the whole cycle. I'm using it during a bulk, not trying to cut up but put on lean mass. Also, I was considering taking Biotest's Se7en as well. Can this be combined with Anavar, and would u reccomend it?

I would say wait at least 2 or 3 weeks for any sides to show up 1 week is not enough. I would say if this is your first try with VAR just stay on 5mg/day for this cycle then on your next cycle start at 5 then move to 10 in the second week. Play it safe first....

You can get it in half (5mg) then simply bite half of it off (2.5mg). But as mentioned you should be able to find a pill splitter at a local store for a reasonable price.
