Cream of Rice and Oat Bran are staples for me. I'll never eat another bowl of oatmeal or have oats in a shake ever again.

But I'm that one guy on the planet that doesn't have carbs post workout.

The amount of carbs I eat on my high days is insane. Usually 1000g.
I HAVE to go COR, Rice Crispies, Jasmine Rice, bagels, etc. Majority of that total is clean stuff from those sources but I'll throw in some Lucky Charms (50/50 split with Rice Crispies) in there to make it taste better.

Love me some oats but they fuck my stomach up the older i get.

I can't do oats, either. Plus, oatmeal fuckin sucks. It does, sorry. There's nothing redeeming about oatmeal, don't lie to me.

If I want carb dense that's easy on the stomach, I'm usually looking at cream of rice, maybe a little almond butter to slow it down a little

simple and easy throw oats in shaker, add water, add protein and shake it up, lol, me i do the same with rice krispies

Have you tried oat bran? The texture and digestion are way better than oats.

I love jasmine rice. It's so easy to chew and eat in large quantities with no stomach issues.

An Everything bagel with some butter is almost as enjoyable as a doughnut. I love those things.

Waxy maize is what u use with my post whey shakes - it’s got the consistency of flour and easy to mix
