Quick update: donated blood within days of getting test results showing among other things high hemotocrit. Started taking 2000mg / ed krill oil and 500 MG niacin ed. Cut the tbol completely . still doing 150mg primo ace eod, 150mg 1testcyp eod and 200 mg sustanon every 7 days.
Three weeks later and hemotocrit is 47% from 53%. cholesterol is 158, down from 235 with hdl down to 108 from 190. Red blood cell count is now in normal range, AST slightly elevated but all other values are in normal range. My take away: donating blood lowered hemotocrit an red blood cells substantially, krill and niacin substantially lowers cholesterol.
