Rehab is a lonely place

I feel your pain. I'm a "tear master". Partially tore both pecs at different times. Two years ago, I had the same surgery as you on my left biceps after a complete rupture. Now I just partially tore my right tricep last week. It feels like hell when you're going through it, but trust me, it goes by faster than you realize. One thing that helped me, was I still trained what I could while recovering. For example, after my biceps surgery, I still trained the right side of my body only and did cardio. With my current triceps tear, I can still train light back and do isolated chest and shoulder movements, just no pressing type movements, and I'm using the time to kick up my cardio and get more ripped for the summer. Do what you can, continue to rehab the injury, the time will fly and you will continue to improve. Keep your head focused. Mental fortitude and gratification in the little improvements will get you through this.

If it makes you feel any better last year i broke my hand on my last week of my tren cycle. I lost over an inch In my arms the 4 weeks I had my cast on. It's definitely a motivational killer for sure. I always seem to get some kind of injury that seta me way back. Been a routine for me my whole life lol.

Many people have to go through it..but its a lot worse when your such an active person..such a big lifestyle change.

Sorry to hear, but you will come through it and be back better than ever soon enough

Good luck man

Being injured is definitely depressing!
Take the time to get better and come back stronger.
It happens to everyone.
