Had the great pleasure to meet Markus at a NOC show (think it was 2001)
and even then he looked monstrous.

But he is also a really nice person with a terrific sense of humor. Really
was fun to see him.

18 inch arms on a chick. u know i work out and try to be something then someone has to throw out a girl has more muscle and big arms in two years. I got the markus ruhl dvd she was on a incline bench doing 3 x 25 lbs (i think) on a cambered bar doing over head tri extensions. Im going to stick to the fat and dumb thing im good at that.
