I'm going to guess something like test eq adrol. Who knows but seeing how his thoughts processes I would think he's doing a very simple protocol for gear and adjusting a compound or two for cut or bulk.

I honestly don’t even think about it.
I know he stays on top of his blood work.
I know if I was him in position and I could go back I’d be on a lot of primo/test/ and hgh.
It’s hard not to think he doesn’t have people trying to throw gear at him.

Call me cynical but I wouldn't be surprised if he had all sorts of advisors. His entire shtick is this carefree young man just happy all the time and vibing which is fkin awesome if true and I'm happy for him but...

He just seems like an overall cool person. His training is straight forward and I like the “fuck it and just lift the whole stack” mentality. I know that this won’t work for many including myself but sometimes I’m inspired to try lol. Plus he doesn’t seem to try to sell me anything. I’m sure there’s product placement but I don’t notice it or maybe I don’t watch enough of his vids.
