Show This Weekend, Thank You To All PM Members

After 21 weeks of dieting (yeah I know, looong diet; the show was moved back 5 weeks in the middle of my prep) my show is finally coming up this weekend. I am about 5'11" and will probably weigh in at around 210. This is probably the best I have looked going in to any show in the past. I want to give credit where credit is do; so, I want to thank all of you here at Professional Muscle. All of the answered questions I had and all of the motivation I have received from you all, I am very grateful for. I hope to bring back a title, and can't wait to eat like the rest of the world for a few days

This was me when I was 5 weeks out. Sorry, this is all I have right now. I know I'm no national level competitor or anything, just an amateur, but I am hoping to do well.

the promoter seriously moved your show date back? how do they expect anyone to do that show still? i would have been pissed and demanded my money back and picked another one.

Yeah, I agree, but I tried not to get fired up about it. When I compete it seems like everything else just shuts down so I did really even get mad or disappointed; I just thought of it as just another thing to go through and didn't let it bother me. But I am curious to know how the sow pans out since it was moved back.

I hope you lean out alot more since then. You have a good built, but you need to practice posing more.
