just wondering how they would combine .
ephedrine increasing adrenaline and NA levels thus agnonising both alpha and beta receptors , caffine working along with ephedrine by preventing cAMP levels from decreasing , yohimbine blocking the a-2 receptor .
since Sibutramine is a norepinephrine-serotonin reuptake inhibitor, thus increasing energy expenditure , there should be no problems coming ECY and sibutramine ?

one study i read on sibutramine says "The only thermogenic drug combination that has been tested is ephedrine and caffeine, but this treatment has not been approved by regulatory agencies . "
