Ok guys I am having some trouble with slin.

5PM 12ius humalog

5:15PM 70g whey mixed W/carbo force

6:30PM 10oz london broil W/1 cup white rice (messured dry)

8PM 15 egg whites , 1 sweet potato

now heres the problem I know LOG clears you sestem after 4 hours so why am I starting to go hypo every time at around 10PM (5 hours later) maybe the sweet potato dosent have enough carbs to off set the 3rd spike?
 
good question.. i use log also and never really have a problem.. the only thing i have to watch is two hours after my injection i will get very shakey.. it is like clock work...after workout i inject 10 ius and immediately drink down 50 grams of whey iso/hyd mix with 80 grams of malto dex.. 1 1/2 to 2 hours later i will have chicken breasts and rice or pasta and drink a glass of apple juice...i never have a problem after that.. sorry i can not answer but, i have no idea why you would get hypo after 4 hours.. :eek: hey btw, did ya get my pm??
 
Same thing happens to me at ~3hr. every time. Seems to be independent of anything I eat.
 
up your simple carbs a bit...and make sure ur meals have close to zero fat as possible..

try to get 10 grams of carbs for each IU of slin...

12IU= 120 grams of simple carbs..

Yes, and chage the rice for seet potatoes or pasta or plantain(like banana)
