Glucosamine & Chondroitin did nothing for me.
My joints have been aching pretty intensely lately(maybe from the weather) so I started taking glucosamine and chondroitan (sp) again. It's a pretty basic blend and I've been taking 2000 mg/ day for a few days. What do you guys do?
Cissus helps too by increasing the blood flow to soft tissue.

ive never heard of cissus. I googled it and it seems to be great stuff if its true. where is the best kind and place to get it? also, could someone explain gelatin?
