Does anyone cycle their sodium intake at any other time other than when doing a pre-contest diet?

I LOVE to have a ton of salt on my food and I feel like the high sodium intake helping me retain water helps with the heavy lifting..but would it be a good idea to cycle it during offseason?...

Any thoughts or opinions on sodium cycling?

I wouldnt bother, just keep it consistant throughout, even pre contest prep.

i cycle it per se, meal one high sodium, meal two low(protein shake) meal 3 high lol
i like my salt as well but try to stay away, and now i think as stated in my other post, its causing my cramping to go crazy

haha I see bro. Yea I LOVE the salt guess there is no point in cycling it except near competition. Damn I feel like I am gunna look like a whole different person once I get rid of the constant bloat from all the sodium! But shit..If it helps me with lifting heavy might as well keep boatloading the salt:)
