last nite was doing calve press on lifefitness calve press machine. was doing 3rd set of stack x 25reps when i felt a tingle like in my right heel towards the front of theheel. i went on to do 30 min of cardio on eliptical trainer and it felt a little sore. woke up this morn and it was really sore. limp around for about 1/2 hour using crutches then felt a little better. still real sore on bottom of pad. will take some lori-tabs when i get home. what did i do. i have had heel trouble about 2 years ago that would last a couple months then go away. some one told me it was a sign of protein being too low. i eat about 300 grams a day but yesterday it was down to about 200grms.
