Many people myself included have tried tons and tons of soy and never had an estrogen problem whatsoever. I feel those video's are scare tactics by the dairy industry to keep everyone away from soy.

i do think it may raise estro abit but dont think your going grow boobs or get gyno by any means. i do use some soy but also regular milk and raw milk when i can. all our puplic schools have repaced beef with soy for years didnt see to many guys with boobs in my school.

I drank soy milk for YEARS and had not one problem with estrogen.

For health reasons I switched over to raw cows milk - all grass fed cows. Feel really good on this too.

I use soy lite...so much less sugar/zero lactose as opposed to milk.
No apparent estro sides.
