There is a very good reason the insulin index was discontinued almost immidiately after it was created, and that's because it's useless. Add fat, fiber, and protein and you get a completely different outcome. Even if there was an accurate way to measure insulin levels I don't see how it pertains to healthy individual's, although it might help insulin dosage among diabetics.

I disagree that it is useless, and adding in fiber/fat/protein should consistently lower it, so the numbers are still valid.
This study is bs and proven wrong that's why like some said above its been discontinued .
