Yo whatsup guys.
everytime I work out I am super sore for days.. and i am not talking just sore.. i m talking like so sore taht tears will come out of my eyes if someone puts pressure on it for too long. the parts that are specially sore are chest anterior deltoids,, and oh dont even talk about legss. I walk like a robot for 10 days after doing legs. YES TEN. I m not exaggerating a bit.. What do u think the problem is. u think maybe taking glucophage or slin will help with recovery cause maybe not enough amino acids and carbs are going into my muscle??
