T3 usage for cometition

i was hoping someone w/ T3 experience could post on the best way to use it leading up to a show. how many weeks out and at what doses? what should the ramp up & down look like? should i continue it after the show? i've heard it can interfere w/ the carb loading due to its glycogen depleting. any tips and help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
 
start at 25 mg's a day, t3 is one of the most individual drugs out there

Start with 25 for few days, go to 50, I doubt youll need to go to 75 but if you do then get there. At that point in time start fluctuating the dosage everyday so your body does not get used to the dosage.
Ie. 25,25,25,50,50,50,75,75,25,50,25,25,75,75,50,25,50,50 etc...

Actually, in the right dosage , T3 is HIGHLY anabolic.
I increases the utilisation of Carbs, lipids and proteins.
However, too much of it can put you in a catabolic state.
 
which is why i said it is a highly individual drug
 
should i run it all the way through the show or cut it out a few days before the carbloading?
 
u should start experimenting with it now to see how it effects ur ability to be in an anabolic state, if u find the right dose, id run it straight through ur contest prep

the right dose will keep u just enough anabolic and help u put the carbs into muscle and not burn them

Maybe, but I don't think so. Most who try it think its some kind of great diet drug.
 
I know many bros who run t3 there entire prep, ie 15 weeks.... Personally I would not do that. I have been on t3 now for 4 weeks, my show is in 4. I am pretty lean now so I am thinking of tapering my dose down tomm the 21st and keep it low like around 25mcg or even 12.5 for the last week, all the way to my show. That will put me at around 8weeks or t3 use.

The highest I have went is 3 tabs and I loose like crazy off that.

I agree totally with MAGOO. Some people get an anabolic effect, increased protein metabolism from T3. Others, like me, it will eat my muscle up even at 25mcg-act as a catabolic. You have to find out what works for you.
 
dont even use it if u get to single digits or cut dosage to 12.5mcg, i lose strength under 10% even taking it with tren...
