I know the photos suck, there was NO LIGHTENING. It was on a basketball court.:rolleyes:

Any way it was his first show. He is a freak, meaning he doesn't get over 8% BF at any time of the year. He's 5'9" he was 206lbs. His legs are 28" cut down. He's gotten this big on very small amounts.;)

I just would like some feed back, he's my training partner. I feel I know his week points. But I would like to hear from you guys.

Looks pretty impressive to me.

How long have you guys been training together? It would be cool to have someone to train with. Sometimes I get a partner if I travel on weekends.

About 2 1/2 years. And it took 2 years to convince him he was good enough to compete. It has worked out great for me, he is the only person that takes it as serious as I do. Plus he's bigger than me, so it helps me constantly push, to catch up. And he never misses a workout, and he's on time, most of the time. I think he's got the make-up to turn Pro, he just has to add the size. And dial in his condition better. Plus catching up some other body parts.

I don't think he was. He started dieting in the high 7% at 212lbs. But I could be wrong. He may have lost muscle more than fat. I know he needs better help than me, thats why I'm asking for you guys feedback.
 
He is soft from the back if he was 206 there he should of been 200 to be hard, but that said he seem to have a lot of potential

I was actually thinking 198lbs to make LH. He dieted for two weeks, and 20 min of cardio 4 days a week. I think cardio is all he needs next time. But it's extremely hard, because he is so unique. He's body responds fast. I had him try a 300 carb day, to start his diet and he dropped 4 pounds that day. So I had him go back to his regular amount as normal and he was back up the next day. He's nothing like a regular bodybuilder.
You guys know Dexter helped me a little earlier this year. Well, one day while I was eating lunch with him (Dex) I told him about my training partner, and Dex bet me a hundred dollars, that my training partner didn't stay that lean year round. So Dex came to our gym to do BF% measurements. And it turned out he was 7.8%BF at the time. Even after he saw him in person, Dex was still in disbelief.
I know he's going to need a true expert, to take him to the next level. He's far from normal.
