Test Prop per contest question...

Was going to run 900mg of prop precontest at beginning of plan. Is it better to do 300mg EOD or should I do 150mg every day? What are your thoughts

Why do you want to use test prop?

What else will you be using pre contest?

To answer your question, they will both pretty much do the exact same thing.. The chances of you noticing a difference between 300 EOD and 150 ED are slim, especially if you have your estrogen under control.

EOD unless you are one of those freaks that enjoys pinning.

Have you considered an oil based suspension? A friend loves that in addition to his prop. He uses a slin pin and injects a few hours before training.

Instead of doing just prop, what protocol would you recommend ? I will also be using Var and of course Arimadex and Tamoxifen for estrogen control

I was just asking because if you were using other compounds plus 9ml's of test prop weekly you would be injecting a lot of oil.

There is nothing wrong with a test only pre contest cycle as long as you control your estrogen so you stay/get dry, the diet/training/cardio are more important than the drugs.

Ive been doing everyday injections. pinning dosent bother me.

Ive noticed my skin is a lot clearer. In my opinion I think it keeps hormone levels more balanced.

I know a lot of people discuss half life and it takes this amount of time to get results.

For me I get results starting from week 1, best results in weeks 2 and 3.

I think I am going to start doing 6 week cycles with crusing in between

When I'm cutting I always run my test p low @ 350mgs EW. I add in tren a at 1400 mgs EW and masteron at 700 mgs EW. Then finish off with halo four weeks out. Good luck in your show bro! Stay motivated.
