If you guys have a better biceps stretch, please post here - but "try" this one first.
Lift both upper arms up, lift lower arms upwards. You should be in a position as if you were on a preacher bench about 1/2 way up/down. Supinate your hands (turn them outward - your bis will pop up) - keep tension on this supination. I keep my fist clenched (you don't need to), and then point your fingers down towards the floor and keep tension on this and supination. Hold this for 30 seconds.
I found that if I alternate this with same but then slowly move my lower arms - like I'm doing 1/8-1/4 of a curl hits the bi a little more. I guess the movement wouldn't make this a static strectch - that's why I alternate.
