Why is it that all the pro bb's out there today can take in insanely large amounts of protein, like 75 to 100 grams of protein (so I hear anyways) in one sitting, and do this 5 more times on average throughout the day. While on the other hand with my pathetic digestive system I can only consume 30 to 50 grams tops per sitting up to six meals a day.

Why cant I eat 3 "Pro" size meals to give my body my 200 - 250 grams of protein a day requirements? Or have I not built enough muscle to kickstart my stomach into "magically" digesting all this protein in one sitting?
 
The whole your body can only assimilate so much in one setting thing is CRAP IMO.

It's not that hard, let's say your trying to get 500 grams of protein a day, and i promise you that's alot, and your gonna eat 7 meals a day and three of those meals are protein shakes. That alone is 240 grams of protein right there and that's using water. That's 3 scoops in each shake so about 78-80 grams of protein per shake. so we need another 260 grams for a total of 500, with 4 meals left that's 65 grams of protein needed with each of the last 4 meals. I used 500 just to give an example, but the number would depend on certain things like your weight and size, what your bodyfat % is....etc.
 
I am sorry to say that 70-90 grams in one sitting is not uncommon.

Just like DC says, eat your protien first every meal, and drink a scoop of whey powder with every meal, and make your pwo shake 100 grams of protien.

Because to eat three mega meals is just to much for the body to handle! I want to know how the hell can a man such as Jay Cutler eat 1000+ calories a meal to get his calorie requirements and yet a person like me cannot consume as much calories and protein in a single meal because this would fill my daily needs to quickly and efficiently!.

First of all, I don't know why you think only a Pro can answer this.:confused: My breakfast today was 968 calories, 75P, 121C, 21F. My daily eating is aprox, 4000 Calories, 400P, 425C, 75F. I am only 212 pounds eating like that and guess what, I am lean as anything. In order to put on the weight I need for next show (about 225-230), I would need to eat 5000 Calories, 450P, 550C, 95F. I have no problem eating like I do now. Providing, that I eat enough Fiber and most my calories on earlier in the day. So, yes, you can eat 75 grams of Protien in 1 setting.

Exactly what Mr. Pesty stated, pretty norm question for the everyday bodybulilder. Find proteins that do not upset your stomach and you can digest/assimilate better. Make adjustments to suit your needs.

Bro, right now I usually consume 1100+cals per meal, 5-7 times a day. I had to build up to eating this amount of food over the years. It doesn't happen overnight. What you need to do is to slowly increase your overall cals over a long period of time.
 
one big carton of liquid egg whites is 100g of protein. Slug one of those down with a bowl of oatmeal and you are off to a fucking running start for the day!

Now eat 1 pound of meat spread into two meals...thats 140g more protein!

Now drink a bunch of milk with every meal...add 40g protein! and also put a scoop of whey protein in each glass of milk! Thats 100g more protein!

Eat some cottage cheese before going to bed with some gelatin for 50g total to cap the day off!

Thats about 400g protein for your day!

ps I'll give you a hint too...please eat vegetables! Your lower GI tract will THANK you!

I like most of the things you stated. However, I disagree with the milk thing because milk for me and a lot of my buddies, it causes a lot of bloating. A better alternative would be soy milk IMO. I drink a lot of soy milk throughout the day and make sure I get beef in at least 2 of my meals.
 
For breakfast you need to eat four of those breakfast sandwiches from McDonalds. I don't care which ones you get, but make sure to get four. Order four hash browns, too. Now grab two packs of mayonnaise and put them on the hash browns and then slip them into the sandwiches. Squish that shit down and eat. That's your breakfast."

At this point I'm thinking this guy is nuts. But he's completely serious.

"For lunch you're gonna eat Chinese food. Now I don't want you eating that crappy stuff. You wanna get the stuff with MSG. None of that non-MSG bullshit. This guy is in a zen-like state when he's talking about this.

Ah HAH!! exactly!! 5-7 times day!! I can grow on 3500 calories a day infact at this point I will be fatter than a philly raised pig on that diet! so why can I not eat 1200+ calories per meal? for 3 meals? The average northamerican nails back 1500 calories in one meal after slamming a big mac with fries and washing it all down with a giant coke, oh yah they are getting fat off that but what would happen if they hit the weights hard and did 1 hour or two of cardio? eh? Anyway thats besides the point.

The volume for the latter is much greater, since the food contains fibers and is whole/unprocessed.

MCDONALDS on the other hand is processed crap that is very heavy with saturated fats (calorically very dense food) with little to no fiber (and none of the vitamins and phytonutrients of the above whole unprocessed meal).

Exactly! After my show, by the 3rd day, I was eating 6700 calories. CRAP! I started to feel sluggish and by the 4th day, went back to my normal eating habits. I haven't eaten crap like that in a long time, nor do I suggest it. Eating 4000 calories of good food versus the 6700 calories of crap, hunger wise was the same. It is harder to eat alot of calories, when it is all good food. Fiber is very important in your diet! By the way, Mr. Mcdonald man, 4 breakfast sandwiches is about 80 grams of fat! That is my whole day of fat intake.
 
For me it has to do with eating clean. If I eat a pound of lean steak, a cup or two of rice, and a piece of fruit in a sitting I'm starving in a couple hours. That's approximately 112 grams of protein, and I can eat again in 2 hours. Now, if I exchange that top sirloin steak for a rib eye, exchange the rice for twice baked potatoes, and the fruit for caesar salad. I'm absolutely stuffed for half the day. It's mixing all those carbs with all that fat that makes it difficult to take in that much protein.
