Why is it that all the pro bb's out there today can take in insanely large amounts of protein, like 75 to 100 grams of protein (so I hear anyways) in one sitting, and do this 5 more times on average throughout the day. While on the other hand with my pathetic digestive system I can only consume 30 to 50 grams tops per sitting up to six meals a day.
Why cant I eat 3 "Pro" size meals to give my body my 200 - 250 grams of protein a day requirements? Or have I not built enough muscle to kickstart my stomach into "magically" digesting all this protein in one sitting?
