25mg Aromasin is too much to just start on IMO, and I could see it easily tanking someone's estro completely.. I'd cut that dosage in half, but maybe you wanna wait till you get your labs back 1st.. And 2.5mg Finasteride is also a really high dosage that I don't think is necessary.. Even when your Test level is higher being on gear, I'm pretty sure you don't have to increase Fina dosage.. All the Fina is doing is blocking the 5-AR receptors - not compensating for how much Test you're on.. I would think at such a high dosage you'd build a tolerance to it quicker, thus losing benefit quicker.

the fact that your hair fell out faster when you dropped the dosage down makes it more likely that niether the exemestane nor the testosterone is really the primary issue. as mentioned previously your finasteride dosage is LUDICROUS and the cause of your rapid and massive shedding is most likely due to prolactin, which is probably due to high dose finasteride (suppressing dopamine as well as the modulating effects of DHT on the ER) combined with the HCG.

it has been made very clear, more than once, that you are taking way too much finasteride. yet you continued, and even increased it further. not really sure what would possess you to do that.

did you even try the nizoral shampoo?

You will not need all that crap on a 200mg dose of test.

Drop the novaldex completely, split your aromasin dose in half and take it every other day, split your finasteride dose in half and take it every other day.

You are putting way too much junk in your body.

Interesting. Yes. I use the the Nizoral 2% 3X a week. So you think this massive shedding could be a result of prolactin. I have pramipexole, would that be adding more shit that I just dont need. I would love to just stay on the TRT dose of Test per week and 1mg of Finasteride a day without taking any Aromasin or anything else. Does that sound ok? I have nolvadex on hand and if for any reason gyno flares up I can combat it with that. Or do you think I should keep some Aromasin on hand and only use it in case of a flare up. Thanks a lot Marco. You have been very patient with me haha...and I appreciate the advice.

I think you are right Diesel. I am not going to argue with you on this one. So ur thinking 200mg Test per week, Aromasin 12.5 EOD and 1mg Finasteride per day and I should be ok. Can I get away with not using the Aromasin at all or am I asking for trouble. Thought maybe I could keep some nolva around in case of a flare up.

.25mg/day Finasteride should be enough, remember DHT is a very positive hormone.

Bro, you said that your hair used to be very thick in the front. If you are only on about 200mg of test a week, that is basically just a replacement dose that will put you into the "high normal range". Considering this I would just drop everything except the test and use nolva only when needed. (Most guys dont even need the nolva at 200mg test weekly)
