basically, do you guys just keep everything the same. diet. training. etc?

thats what ive always done, and i always manage to put on more fat than id like.

1 - eat maintenance calories for the weight you are at.
2 - decrease training volume but maintain your intensity.

Then - live, love and enjoy life.

i would say yes extra GH can deff help with keeping gains.

That helped me a lot I think. In the end though the only thing I found that worked for me to maintain most of my gains from a cycle was to cruise on about 250-350mg test/week. Thats a bad idea though and I dont recommend it.

Overall youll have to decrease both caloric intake and volume of lifting. like someone else said try to keep intensity the same. You are going to lose some muscle no matter what you do. If you dont decrease calories you will put on bodyfat since youre matabolism is going to slow down significantly. If you dont decrease the volume of exercise you do then you will overtrain. If you do neither you will both get fat and overtrain which will lead to even more muscle loss! Fun stuff.

I think that a lot of people mentally defeat themselves when going off..

what i suggest is try to trick yourself to think your still on so that your strength doesnt immediately crash ... I really try to lift the same and train hard, etc.. of course you wont have the same pump and strength decreases over time... but intensity can still be there... I really think you can atleast maintain during off time..

I was able to maintain the muscle I had put on when taking 1g/week of gear by taking just 350 mg/wk test. When I went down to about 250mg/wk I did start to lose some.

Haven't done my homework on HCG, what about clomid?
