I've taken 100mcg at a time and hardly noticed it at all. T3 affects people differently. I'm a natural fatty so I can take 150mcg and not lose much weight on less than 3000 cals. It's crazy because a skinny guy would get burned alive, but I can hardly tell it's working.
damn, i must be extremely sensitive to the stuff then...
i notice a dose above 30mcg or so right away. i usually take my first dose in the morning when i wake up, then ill go back to bed for like an hour and i always wake up wet.
anyway the stuff is a godsend to me... and i mean on 100mcg+ you probably do lose some lean tissue with it unless you run very high doses of AAS, however t3 easily doubles my weight loss, so i figure if i need 8 weeks to shed 10% BF instead of 16 weeks but lose a few pounds of lean mass with it thats cool.
i feel like i can gain back any lean mass lost during a diet extremely quickly, so its probably still faster to cut on a high dosage of t3...
once i carb up after a run the difference is insane, however at the end of a cut i do look flat as FUCK.
imagine you look like a soccer player who never lifted a weight in his life, then you carb up, only weigh like 3-4 pounds more and look twice as big
100 once isn't that horrible. Done it with pharm grade accidenaly. Was too tired to be noticing how many of these retardedly small pills came out of my bottle. D doesn't help they send me a 3 month supply every time.

100 for one day I wouldnt notice much.
I've used 100-125mcg for a longer period and over time it makes me feel very flat and lethargic. 50-60mg is the sweet spot for me.
yeah since the half life is what, 24hours? it accumulates over time...
