topical fat reduction creams, your opinions?

Just wanted to get the low down on these, any product suggestions, I have read about Lipodern Ultra, now one half of me want to give these a go just to see if they do anything at all, the other side is still undecided.

Is anyone using these precontest or in the build up to a contest?

anyone had any experience with using them?

Never used that particular product but found that most OTC creams didn't do much, some were more along the lines of a topical diuretic. Other stuff, wee bit stronger (forget the ingredients but were some acids and yohimbine, capsaicin, etc.), did seem to assist in getting that last extra bit of sub-q fat out once I was really lean (well below 8%), however I found that at higher bf levels you're better off just sticking to your diet and cardio.

I think its a waste of money. Id rather spend the cash on the right foods and do extra cardio.

I personally along with a lot of other people struggle with spot areas of fat, I am getting fairly lean now, but any help would be a welcome assistance,

I found that thiomocase cream works best, and personally it does not work near as good as the thiomocase inj. I love to know where that is at. Oh, you could go to a doctor and get mesotherapy, which is inj. for specific areas, but who is that rich?

i've tried 3 products, lipoderm, lipoderm ultra, and chizeled by ALRI ( i think they stopped making that)... chizeled was the best, then lipoderm, then lipoderm ultra...

most people don't really get it when it comes to these products... they don't magically burn fat from a certain spot in your body...
what i've noticed is that... say, i burn fat from my chest first, then my arms, then my stomach, then my legs, then my upper back, then my lower back... lower back is my main fat storage... if i start dieting and apply it on my lower back from the begining... i'll lose, for example:
90% fat from my chest, 10% from lower back
90% from arms, 10% from lower back
90% from stomach, 10% from lower back..

and so on... so instead of losing 1 lb of fat from my chest at the begining... i'd lose 0.9 lbs from chest, and 0.1 from lower back (numbers are just an example)...

but still... i'd rather invest in an ECA stack and a really good diet than waste my money on this

cutting gel worked well when they still made it. i find it works the best if you get a rubber suit, or plastic wrap the area you are trieng to slim down. not a magic cure by any means but some of them do work a little bit.
