Training on an empty stomach

The fasting period is useless in a keto diet.

They both will "mimic" the same and don't seem sinergic.

The fasted training the 1st thing is to train without any slin in the body, but if you think about a keto diet you already don't have slin in the body.
 
I lost 19 lbs in 8+ wks from strict diet and doing 50min of cardio (brisk walk) 3-4x/wk on a fasted state. However, I was also doing alternate-day fasting (20hrs). I have to admit I'm happy with the results. I can't claim that I did not loose muscle nor can I say that I lost some. All I know is that my lift has slightly improved and my overall appearance is much better than when I was 19lbs heavier.
 
Wow!!! I didn't know this was a training technique. I never eat before I workout. I have always done this because I get sick to my stomach if I do.
