Hey bros what do you guys usually do on season. I will be doing hit style when i am off season. Probaly follow Big a's routine in his thread. I am just curious how many excersises per bodypaRT. I think i am overtraining. I am getting burnt out So I am looking for something different.

I saw my best results when I did 9 total sets for the big muscles and 6 to 8 for the smaller ones...

I also believe in forced reps and heavy partials from time to time...maybe every 4 to 6 weeks focus on forced reps.

I am assuming you are not a novice so I won't go into detail.

HARD AND HEAVY and get out.

u gotta feel ur body...im goin back to wat worked best for me
8-12 reps 10-12 sets per bp with super strict formand once or twice a month 4-6 reps 6-8 sets on a 4 on 1 off schedule.... people are saying bro ur overtraining i go 3 days a week. whoopie fukkin doo, i feel i need to be in the gym often to be big lean and to keep me on track

im usually at the gym about 2 hrs b/c i do 40 min or so of cardio to start and eat 2 meals while training
 
like steak helmet said, HARD & HEAVY then get out. always stick to the basics
 
Like someone already said, you just got to feel your body and know what it takes to grow. I personally only use to seperate workouts. One week il do one then the next week the other, sometimes il do the same for 2 weeks just to keep it guessing. Intensity, control and somewhat strict form will produce results just stick to it.
 
when in doubt , train less and rest more . simplest rule to follow.
