I have posted a similiar thread on another forum and didnt get the feedback I was looking for.
I was injured aprox. 1yr 6mo ago in a car accidednt. had taken about 6-8mo off from the gym previously due to changes at work. Before That I was in the gym 6-7 days a week doing seperate body parts 5 days and chest adn back a second twice a week (heavy/moderate).
I have no practical use of my right shoulder with two surgeries already under my belt and another one coming later this yr hopefuly to give it more mobility and stability.
I am now limited to only lower body exercise and abbs!
My question is what kind of split would you recomend for someone who is only able to work lower body?
Full leg work 2-3 days a week with varied level of volume and intensity?
Seperate the legs into muscle groups and work each group on seperate days?
I have no restrictions on weight or movements as long as it does not involve my rt arm and sholder. I am able to shoulder the weight on my back for conventional squats and so on with no problem.
Going to run 4iu of HgH 2iu morning and 2iu at night to help repair tendns, ligaments, cartiledege, labrium and some other rips tears and fracture i have. May run a light dosed ancillary towards the end of my recovery if i hit a long plateau in my leg training.

Previously weighed 185-190(on) 180-182(off) but between the 6-8mo layoff due to work and 1&1/2yr off from injury and surgery lost a lot of weight and size!
**Currently injured and restricted to lower body only!**
