I need a new lifting program. Im trying to bulk up and right now i am lifting each body part twice a week and ive been doing this same workout for about eight months, and i dont feel like i am getting any bigger. I keep trying to make up a different routine but it keeps looking like the original workout i always do. I need to know exercise, sets, and reps. Thanks
