my strenght increase when i train one muscle per day and next day is off.
so all my muscle are trained on 10 days.
someone train this way ?

If your growing and getting stronger then stick with it. Less can be better when it comes to BB. I generally train 1bp per w/o however only take every 4th day off.
I had a friend who trained this way, hard and heavy. Biggest he ever got.
It really boils down to volume/frequency/recovery. Some people can handle more, some less. Some more frequent, some less. If it works, do it till it doesn't.

truth is it really doenst matter what we think, if i told you it was too much time off and made up some scientific reason and you trained more frequently and experienced less strength gains you would be a fool...
