Well as most of you know me by now i dont do cardio getting ready for a show. This year i want to see if it makes a difference in my conditioning (although my legs are already flattening out (i measured to confirm) so i guess i gotta eat more carbs after cardio??????? suggestions?) Well....got a laptop stand and can now play on my laptop while i do cardio! Makes this 100x less boring and much easier and acceptable to do! Loving it haha.....im actually doing cardio RIGHT NOW
