TRICEP STRETCHES?

ive been doing doggcrapp's tricep stretch where you sit holding a dumbell behind your head with one arm and push it down with the back of your head, but i just dont get a very good stretch from that. are there any others anyone else knows of?
 
What i do is use the cable crossover and put a rope on it. Adjust it to the bottom and then strecth using that, same DC principle. Work great, i mean burns the hell outta your tris.

do you do both arms at a time or one at a time? seated or standing?

Sounds similar to what I do, but I use my power rack (anything stationary would work. like the cable machine - just easier to make adjustments the way I'm doing it)

In a standing position, I set the rope with both hands so I can grab it and pull it upward from behing the head- similar to having a dumbell between your hands, behind your head, but it's much more comfortable. The rope is set on rack around middle/top of back height with a chain. I have it set so I have to slightly bend my knees to grab it - that way when I straighten up, I get a good stretch that isn't something awkward-feeling.
 
I've played around with a lot of tricep stretches, and I've found that the following works the best by far for me. In a Smith machine or power rack, set the bar at about waist level. Grab the bar palms down (you can do one arm at a time or both, I feel one at a time works best) move your feet back, duck your head under the bar, and really lean into the stretch. Hold that one for 60 seconds and there should be tears in your eyes at the end.
 
I do both arms standing. It takes the pressure off the shoulders completely and puts it directly to your tris. I mean this sh^t burns.
