Tumeric and cancer

ive been using swanson turmeric for several years now. I use it for the anti inflammatory properties as well as enhanced digestion. its definitely made a difference for my IBS. If its anti cancer as well.....well sweet! bonus

Which one from swanson? Just Turmeric 720 mg 100 Caps? or with black pepper?

Do you adding some other ingredients to it like black pepper? What your dosage with it? I did have it, but it was pricey if i wanted to get atleast 2g+ turmeric per day.

No I don't add anything. I take 4 per day with meals

Great to see this thread, turmeric has so many health benefits. I use actual root in my shakes, can use a microplane or zester. If im out, I'll use straight powder. Heres a great link discussing benefits and researched brands

I feel you. I've been using novasol for 2 1/2 years now but I also use Biomor (I don't know which is better so I take both because YOLO)

Some people will use an Injectable Tumeric Oil, Not a diluted version but actual Tumeric essence.
I think dosages can be lowered and results gauged better should someone want to brew such a compound for their own use.
Turmeric oil is available...and I don't think folks on this group are afraid of injections.

Should be looked at by those who are seeking the benefits of Tumeric.
Some have glorified the results they experienced, other demonized it. Worth a look IMO
