Ok here is the deal. I have lost all motivation to work out. I have been hitting it but workouts are shitty and only a few times a week. It has been like this for a year. Well two nights ago i was laying in bed a decided i need to get off my ass....so i decided to do a show that is only six weeks away. I am pretty lean checked my BF and it was 7.6% at 216Lbs. 5’5” I know i can get lean enough just not sure how conditioned my muscle will be. It is a pretty small show (Mid USA, it is a N.Q.) i have done this show b4 and won my weight class. What do you guys think. Can i do it? Any advice for short notice…
Update! Wieght 21 lb. I knwo o look really fat but holding water from dnp. I did the BF B4 i started so.... also bad lighting...enough excuses let me know what you guys think any advicce would help....Oh and i am very dedicated to what i do so belive me i do diet and do my cardio fosho!!!!
