Hi,
I want to change up my diet and see if ican get better results with a anabolic diet. However i had a few questions..
1.) instead of going four five days without carbs, why cant i have carbs around workout and hten use insulin to get me back in to ketosis??? That way i can get the benefit of post workout muscle repair with carbs and also get benefits of burning fat in ketosis.
2.) if someone takes fat on anabolic diet, why is it that the body wont burn the dietary fat as opposed to the body fat??
this are jsut a few questions for right now.
