Holly Molly. I am in awe every time I see pics like these. They go from Monsters to Normal. Their muscle memory is incredible. Coupled with genetics and the right gear, training and diet and these guys are back to normal in no time. I would have to think that would be a HUGE blow to the Ego though. It had to be equally as shocking to the inmates watching him deflate like a balloon.

He looks like a 14 year old kid. I thought it was a joke at first until I kept reading. I've seen pics of Craig Titus in prison and although he was much smaller he never looked anything like that. Truly sad! Does he have plans to get back to his past glory? If so, we will truly see how fast someone can inflate themselves with hormones, food and training.

I don't believe in "muscle memory". I have never experienced it and no one I know has ever experienced it. It takes the same kind of hard work, dedication, nutrition and drugs to get back all the size that was lost. The pros can gain quickly because of the huge amount of drugs they use. They also can lose quickly when they don't have access to the drugs.
