Im not sure if thisll be moved to the beginer forum but i figure most people look here first so ill post it up and get some opinions.
When you are getting ready for a show can you tell what is fat and whats the water under the skin? I think i can tell on most parts but right under my naval when i bend all the way over i get a few skinny wrinkles, but not skinny enough to be just skin (unless ive got excess skin which would be a whole different problem). My stomach is in pretty good shape, and ive got vascularity comin up the bottom of my stomach so i dont think its fat. It feels different from what i can pinch on my side lower back that i know is fact. I dunno, its like the way it wrinkles makes me think its water. Guys at my gym that compete are telling me thats what it is but im paranoia prone.
Im not fooling myself and dont think im sliced, but something about it just looks and feels strange. Are you guys able to tell the difference between water that youll be able to drop and fat you still have to lose?
