Do you notice less water retention from taking HGH every other day instead of daily?

Never got water retention from any gh

Just intramuscular water that push muscle and make look huge

If geting too much water as luki said problem is diet or too much fat
 
E2D dosing will not reduce water retention if the weekly dose is the same - I don't know how people see any excessive water retention on GH because I see water, but only intramuscular. If you hold water under your skin, you most likely simply have too much body fat
I wish this was the case for me. I really don’t think it’s an issue if body fat (for many, it could definitely be the issue for some). I’ve dropped 10 lbs by pulling GH end of prep and gotten visibly more defined, and then seen the reverse happen as soon as I add it back in post show, ie both times when I’m shredded.

I think some of us just have different mineral responses. In general I am extremely watery, Justin’s even said I’m one of the most watery clients he’s ever had.

I think GH water makes an even bigger difference than e2 for me.

To be honest you don’t look much watery even peak offseason
 
Do you guys notice a difference in water retention or side effects in general when pinning GH IM vs subQ? ive heard several individuals say they get less sides going IM, but i dont know if thats actually a sign that its less efficient, or if its letting you get the most out of the GH without those negative side effects.

I think @TeaMan talked to Ole kristian vaaga about this in his interview, im curious what you guys think and what you guys prefer and why in regards to IM vs subQ hgh. It probably doesnt matter as long as you get it into to you in regards to getting a benefit, but who knows lol

I have felt less sides (water) IM. Funny enough I said so to Justin, he agreed but also admitted that might mean it’s just less effective IM also, lol.
