You doubled the amount of HGH you were taking - of course you will hold some subcutaneous water for a bit. Doubling your dose on almost anything is going to do that. If your avatar pic is you, give it a couple weeks and yours will subside as well.

That dose seems reasonable. Some sides can occur and yeah you need to watch your electrolytes and water intake but like someone else said, much better option than Lasix.

Id almost recommend half that dose but I don't think it is dosed that way and most of those 12.5 pills are tiny so good luck trying to halve them.

Yeah I already just buy the 25mg tabs and split them. This is just what works for me and I know I respond well to this dose because it keeps the water off and my health markers look good after 6 months of consistant use.

Yeah but i can't take HCTZ daily before bed..... I don't want to wake up 4 times every night to pee my brain off.... I need to sleep and recover.

Try taking it in the morning when you wake up, thats what I do when I take it with my telmisartan.

I used to take Telmi before bed because it seemed to help me with sleep, but maybe it was just a placebo effect...
