I've only ever taken it daily. After going up to 10IU and then 15-18IU I noticed water retention but after implementing low dose hydrochlorothiazide at 12.5mg a day (very safe and well tolerated being used in combination therapy with telmisartan for blood pressure) I have not noticed any water retention or carpel tunnel or any negative water related side effects.
 
No difference for me but I generally only used 2-4 IU a day. I did go on the higher end of that range though when I used EOD.
Water retention varied the most for me based on generic brand used. Meditrope Blacktops seemed to give me the most water retention.
 
Ive never done EOD dosing for GH, but i do notice a difference in water retention on dose timing.

Bolus dosing at night tends to be the worst for me, bolus dosing in the morning is okay, but split AM and PM seems to be the sweet spot for me to avoid the worst of the lethargy and edema
 
I've gone 3.3.iu ED and 5iu 3x week MWF (Ansomone).

MWF was less water for sure.

I've never tried eod dosing for long periods of time. I will change my dosing from day to day though.

comparing 23iu to 15iu is not really fair, no?
you were using 50% more hgh with your ed protocol.. of course there will be more water retention

I feel like it's the same. But I am not holding that much water with 4-6IU of good chinese generics.
Never had an edema as far as I know.

Looking at health I had little to no insulin resistance creeping up with eod dosing, but significant worsening with ed dosing. So theres that.

Heartrate is better
Insulin sensitivity stays better
Maybe slightly less water retention.

What about yourself @nothuman since you are asking the question?
 
Given that the weekly dosage is the same, would doing EoD or MWF (assuming water retention is the same) be worse for muscle gain/fat loss? Very interested in what you guys think, it appears that EoD/MWF is indeed better for BG, which could in turn affect muscle growth, no?

I don't have enough experience with EOD to have an opinion, so I wanted to hear what the people who have tried both have to say. I have examined the literature on ED vs EOD and the results are basically the same, however, water retention and heart rate aren't things that seem to have been measured in any of the studies.
 
Only done the ED protocol, ranging from splitting doses to BOLO shots before bed

The only time I really notice the water retention is when my diet is bad (overcarb and/or consume too much sodium). At that point I definitely notice it, but when the diet is good the water retention is very minimal, arguably hardly noticeable

In 90% of people who complain about subcutaneous water retention after taking GH even in such small doses as some people write here the problem is the diet and the fact that they eat shit not the GH itself.

This is true. A lot of people think that because they take GH they can eat whatever they want. Add tren in there and the gh15 mix is complete. Eat shit all day and stay lean or get leaner.
