Definitely been down that road. Even made an excel sheet with justification and daily/weekly cost for each supp lol. But I'm an ocd jackass when it comes to things like that. I've dropped to less than half of what I used at the time, but it would still make gen pop cringe looking at my supp cabinet.I was taking more supplements than I could count at one point, it wasn’t random everything had a rhyme or reason but it was like 15 pills a day at one point if not more if I was taking full doses.
I did some blood work then stopped taking EVERYTHING for 3 months and did blood work again. There was no difference in any of the numbers I was specifically taking supplements for.
I still take a decent amount of stuff because I’m a hard headed donkey but just food for thought….
