what can you do with a broken wrist?

other than legs? i do traps on the standing calf machines and i was thinking i could do laterals on the chicken machine, and of course legs.... but i got this big old brace on my right wrist and presses or pulls are out of the question unless anyone knows some secrets i don't.
 
Let it heal my freind....

Do not be foolish and push it. Im telling you from a medical standpoint. You can change the shape of the bones in the wrist by putting excessive pressure on it. Then when the brace comes off now your wrist is going to anatomicly challenged for the rest of your training days. Relax hit some legs and traps on the calf machine heal up first. You will be back soon after it heals. Ill tell you this is why the medical community thinks were idiots. I too tried to work out too soon after double hernia surgery. I went back to the Doctor and he was like "what the hell were you thinking". Then he gave me a lecture and said that most weight trainers are extremists and must know when they need to take a break. It is time to take a break from upper body my freind. Like I said youll be back soon enough. Muscle memory will take care of you. Take care, and heal up. :)

I saw a guy walk in the gym with hooks for hands he was doing dumbell presses and cable rows.

Like they said...do not push it...you could rebreak it...set it funny and it heals all messed up, and cause further pain.

Just relax do legs and come back stronger.

hahah i love you guys... got the cast off and am down to a brace... explains a bit of my abscence from the boards too. Don't worry steak, i recently became single so I have been exploring different women... plus i am a left when it comes to that. :p Orthapedist say i could try extreme volume with light weight now, but he knows my pention for being an idiot. For a guy who hasn't curled in a while my arms are staying decent.
