What do you add to your meals for variety and taste?

Id like to see what you guys add to your meals to give it variety and taste without adding any carbs or fats. Here are some of my favorites:

1. Sugar and fat free Jello and pudding
2. glycerol
3. mustard
4. All the calorie free Walden Farm products (syrup, dips, dressings, jellys)
5. hot sauce

1. Mrs. Dash ( Lemon Pepper )
2. KC Masterpiece Original
3. Mr. Yoshidas Marinade and Cooking Sauces
4. Lea Perrins
5. El Yucateco Habanero hot sauce

I use these in very small amounts to season my rice, chicken, and lean ground beef.

Careful with too much Glcerol, it does have calorie value, ~4.3 cal per gram.

Its why the protein bars had to change their labeling because if a bar had 20g. of Glycerol, that's about an extra 80 calories. On food labels, it is listed under the total carb count.

Coconut Oil is great for energy and taste, but I use it sparingly. I think Walnut Oil, and EVOO are superior EFAs and they make up most of my fat intake.

Anywho, I am just looking for food additives that will not add to my macros. :)

true...but it has no effect on insulin and its fantastic for hydrating our muscle...but I dont use more than a 1-2 Tbls. I get most of it from the LBAs
 
I can eat almost anything with

Renfro's Habanero Salsa on it. I also like Frank's RedHot.
 
I love mustard!!! Every time i go to the store i will try and get a different kind...I bet i have 12 different bottles in my fridge LOL. I just put a few squirts on my chicken and veggies, pop it in the microwave for a minute then add some EVOO and eat. I love it! hahah
 
Taco bell hot sauce...0 calories only sodium. They sell it in bottles at Walmart...great stuff
 
Wasabi

Horseradish is really good for my blood type. So I like to take the Wasabi Powder add a couple drops of water and mix. In 15 minutes or so I have Wasabi sauce and I pretty much put that in everything, including a salad dressing made with EVOO, Vinegar, Soy Sauce, and Ginger.

balsamic vinegar
low sodium soy sauce
I cant believe its not butter spray

All those in the last five posts are exactly what I need!
