What do you all do for acne

I have cleared up every bit of acne I have had since using anabolics, ran some accutane a few months ago and just tan alittle, but Im 2 weeks into cycle and I can see some stuff happening, I want to run orals but orals and accuane will fuck me up. What is there to do?

Acne

Used to post about acne all the time on the ug. I've done accutane and every other thing in the book. What works best for me is shower twice a day use a sylic acid wash and wipe down with hydrogen peroxide twice a day after washing. This will help keep the bacteria infections down.

B5 (pantothenic nacid) at 3-5 grams a day works well. If that doesn't work, get some bactrim.

get some alcohol or acne pads an clean ure body before an after u lift also changes shirts. dont sit around in ure workout shirt for a long time ...

I used retin-a gel AM and erythromycin gel PM. Results were amazing. Now I use each about 3 x week to keep it under control.

accutane is the best. but i had to go off gear for 5 months while on it. i wanted to get clear. but now i haven't gotten any since. only got 3-4 total zits even when on clomid.

well i will be able to tell you in a couple months.. just got the bloowork done today and i am giong out of town to cali tomorrow. so hopefully by monday i can get started on accutane.

BTW, im not coming off gear, no fuckin way in hell, im the biggest i have ever been and planning on doing a show next year, i even just ordered growth which i have been wanting for like 2 years now. hope my triglycerides and ldl's stay low. no orals, just test,tren, and deca for me.. i guess we'll see how it goes.

also, anyone know of any good gyms around orange country area? i have the 24hr world pass, so maybe ill check one of those out.

Vit A

HIGH doses of vitamin A, I once read some time ago mega doses of vit a for SOME people is pretty much to same desired results as accutane...dunno how tru it is er not.
