i eat 2 meals on cardio days and 4 on lifting days. i cheat all day sunday what ever i want.
so on one of my lift days im stuck in the car at lunch with some co workers that eat any and everything.
we end up at taco bell (i never eat even on cheat day) i get 4 chicken tacos 1 beef taco.
since it was lunch and on lifting day can i still have my cheat day sunday. im really trying to bet back to 185lbs. where i was last year. im at 209lbs and just started back on cardio. i just hate cardio after playing soccer for 15 years. but thats how got to 186lbs last year.
one cheat meal isnt that bad is it.
