DC three-way split!

I am only familiar with a couple of these styles. Maybe if I saw the names spelled out I would recognize them.
I have tried many different styles in my life.
What works for me is 4 workouts per week sometimes 3
1 bodypart per day
Very fast, no waiting around for recovery 100%
4-8 rep range
4 sets per excercise
4 or 5 exercises. All basic movements. No tricks.
Done in 45 minutes tops
I am small and I have tried programs like DC. But I cannot add size using other programs.
Its boring, but I feel very focused on building one bodypart at a time while other bodyparts have a long rest.
I'm just curious since most of the Members here are extremely advanced and have already tried various programs. I thought it would cool to see what we are all using?
