I'm just curious since most of the Members here are extremely advanced and have already tried various programs. I thought it would cool to see what we are all using?
I was on a TUT program about 5 days a week. I quickly became overtrained lost all zeal going to the gym, it felt more like a burden. Now I'm on DC on a 3 way split and looking forward to it each and every time!!
Um oh yeah not to flame but is there any chance that DC style has some kind of affiliation with Mr RC a guy with 4 posts coming on the board to praise his latest program sounds like his MO
Been trained by the man himself for about a year now and for me nothing has worked better, and I've tried everything under the sun in the last 21 years! I have never looked better and I'll never train any other way!

Whoa, what exactlty is this DC routine. Ive just clivked on this thread and you all seem keen for it. Sure would love to know how i can improve my size and subsequent strength gains with less time in the gym. I really enjoy training heavy but feel mentally i couldnt get away with what mIke MENTZER advocated as with Dorian YATES, even though i respect their views and reasoning behind it all. Also, whats Phil Hernons routine thats been mentioned??

they are pumpers and reppers and love to pamper themselves in the gym and are miserable if they try to train heavy and low volume and force food down. Trust me I have trained with a few people in my life that are like that."
